Our committee focused on six primary operational tracks: Event Scheduling & Logistics: Establishing timelines, communication channels, and venue requirements. Theme Selection: Aligning hackathon goals with artificial intelligence and telecommunications platform enhancements. Idea Crowdsourcing: Creating centralized project pools for engineers to discover collaborators.
